Do not Disturb - CISCO SPA504G

• Does your phone in the office not ring when receiving calls but other phones do? Could you have the Do not Disturb feature currently switched on?

• Having Do not Disturb on your VoIP phone will mean that your phone will not ring until you turn off this setting. 

How to turn Do not Disturb ON/OFF

• So, in order to turn this feature on or off, on your CISCO VoIP phone you will notice a 'DND' option on the 4th button.

• Press this button in order to activate DND or to deactivate this feature.
